Our programs and resources help fathers positively impact their children's lives and elevate fatherhood as a vital foundation of strong families and communities.

First Tuesday is a dynamic community initiative that inspires businesses to give back in a different, heartful way. On the first Tuesday of every month, teams from various businesses volunteer with local non-profits to support their missions of making Greater Baton Rouge a healthy, vibrant community.

Our mission is to implement a culture of giving back within businesses, challenging leaders and their employees to dedicate time and resources one workday per month toward serving others. We aim to foster unity, show our community that businesses care, and catalyze a transformative change in how business and private industry perceives and practices service.

Our Mission is creating a safe space for youth to realize their intrinsic worth, while we help them learn, grow, and build!

The heart of our organization is motivated by compassion for kids from low-income families that are willing to work for a better community. We hope to impact the youth of Baton Rouge one bike at a time, one heart at a time, because the youth of today are the leaders of tomorrow.

The mission of Grace House of Baton Rouge, Inc. is to provide housing and essential healthcare services to individuals with disabilities and those underserved. We aim to empower them to achieve wholeness, stability, and a renewed way of living, enabling them to embrace their future responsibilities. Our vision is for participants in our program to persevere, regardless of challenges, as they receive the care necessary for a second chance at a better quality of life.

SADD is a national organization that was founded in 1981. Originally, the mission was to help young people say "No" to drinking and driving. Today, the mission has expanded. For years research has shown that positive peer pressure, role modeling and environmental strategies can prevent destructive decisions and set a healthier, safer course for students' lives.

That is why SADD (Students Against Destructive Decisions) has become the nation's premier youth health and safety organization. SADD is dedicated to preventing destructive decisions, particularly underage drinking, other drug use, risky and impaired driving, teen violence, and teen suicide.

Louisiana Organization for Refugees and Immigrants (LORI) is a non-profit organization dedicated to helping refugees and immigrants achieve self-sufficiency by providing them access to critical services and support.

The Louisiana Wild Society is an inclusive women-led not-for-profit organization that believes in the importance of protecting and regenerating our planet through community engagement.

The Louisiana Wildlife Federation (LWF) is dedicated to being the voice for Louisiana's wildlife and natural resources. LWF represents more than 12,000 individuals and organizations, including hunters, anglers, campers, birders, boaters, and other outdoor enthusiasts, who believe in constructive conservation and protection of our state's natural resources and the quality of the environment. LWF is an affiliate organization of the National Wildlife Federation and together we form a powerful network for wildlife conservation locally and nationally.

Louisiana Sea Grant's mission is to generate and provide science-based information and tools that support the state. The program envisions resilient and sustainable coastal communities, economies, and ecosystems that are supported by engaged and informed public and decision-makers.

At Mary's Hands Network, we empower families, promote birth excellence, and bridge the health equity gap in our community. We provide comprehensive training programs and manage a network of dedicated volunteer community doulas who offer essential support services to Louisiana families free of charge.

The Louisiana 4-H Youth Wetlands Education and Outreach Program engages Louisiana youth in the fight against wetland loss. A wetland-related curriculum, online learning platform, and program opportunities are provided to educators and youth.

Our goal is for youth to understand the critical importance of inland and coastal wetland habitats and the need to prevent further losses through an organized educational program of outreach, empowerment and advocacy.
